Coriander Thalipeeth Recipe by Aarti Chavan
Ingredients for Coriander Thalipeeth:
- 1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1 cup ghee- 1 tbsp
- Millet flour
- Water as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- Cotton cloth
Method of making:
- Wash the coriander well and cut it into thick slices.
- Add chopped green chillies, millet flour, turmeric to taste, salt and water as required.
- Mix everything together.
- First of all keep a tawa on gas on medium heat.
- Make small balls with wet cotton hands and pat them on the cloth with good water.
- Then put a little ghee on the pan and put it upside down along with the thalipeeth cloth. Pour cold water on the cloth and set aside immediately
- Apply a little ghee on both sides and roast till it becomes brown.
- Make a plate of all the pills in this way
