Coriander Thalipeeth Recipe by Aarti Chavan

Ingredients for Coriander Thalipeeth:

  • 1 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1 cup ghee- 1 tbsp
  • Millet flour
  • Water as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • Cotton cloth

Method of making:

  1.  Wash the coriander well and cut it into thick slices.
  2. Add chopped green chillies, millet flour, turmeric to taste, salt and water as required.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. First of all keep a tawa on gas on medium heat.
  5. Make small balls with wet cotton hands and pat them on the cloth with good water.
  6. Then put a little ghee on the pan and put it upside down along with the thalipeeth cloth. Pour cold water on the cloth and set aside immediately
  7. Apply a little ghee on both sides and roast till it becomes brown.
  8. Make a plate of all the pills in this way
