Sesame Chutney recipe by Aarti Chavan
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
- 3-4 red chilies ( Dry )
- 8-9 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a dry pan, roast the sesame seeds until they turn golden brown and release a nutty aroma. Let them cool.
In the same way roast peanuts and dry chillies.
Grind the roasted sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, roasted chilies & garlic in a food processor or in mixer.
While grinding add salt for taste.
In this way Sesame Chutney is ready to serve .
It’s oil free chutney .
Don’t grind so fine it must be rough grind.
